FIELD NOTES / WORK FROM OUR OWN VENTURES

Built around
real work.

We run businesses, too. These are some of the websites, systems, and research experiences we’ve built around the work those businesses actually do.

These are Justin Tahilramani’s own businesses and founder-led initiatives. See the work, the thinking behind it, and where it could apply to your operation.

01 / REAL ESTATE / INQUIRIES & INFORMATION

PUBLIC EXPERIENCE REVIEWED · OCT 29, 2026

Sandhills Real Estate Holdings

A website connected to the business behind it.

The business need

A land business serves different people at once: owners looking to sell, buyers researching a property, and applicants looking for a lease. Each needs a clear next step.

What we built

The public experience separates those paths, presents property information, and collects inquiries. Behind it, the website is designed to publish from the business’s existing records instead of maintaining another inventory.

What you can inspect

Explore the live seller journey, land listings, and lease pages. Follow the distinct paths for selling a property, researching land, or finding a lease.

WHAT THIS COULD MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESSFor a surveying or septic firm, the same principle means capturing the job type and the details your team needs before someone starts chasing an incomplete request.

02 / LOCAL BUSINESS / CUSTOMERS & VENDORS

The business need

A food truck park brings independent businesses and changing schedules together. Visitors need to know where to go; prospective vendors need to know how to get involved.

What we built

A public storefront brings vendor profiles, menus, schedules, directions, and application paths together. The project also includes a separate owner/vendor workspace for operational records.

What you can inspect

Visit the live lineup and Vendor Pass experience. Public schedules reflect saved information, not a physical check-in. Private workspace records are not reproduced here.

WHAT THIS COULD MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESSThe same structure can help a service business separate customer requests, subcontractor information, and the tasks that need an owner’s attention.

03 / RESEARCH / RECORDS & PUBLISHING

The business need

A useful answer may be spread across agendas, packets, case histories, and earlier decisions. A summary is only useful if a reader can understand where it came from.

What we built

A public research experience organizes meeting briefs, investigations, and a records-search entry point. Published reporting connects explanations with sources and makes relevant relationships visible.

What you can inspect

Explore a published brief or the documented Outpost story. Follow an explanation back to its sources, with the author’s relationship to the subject disclosed.

WHAT THIS COULD MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESSFor engineering and entitlement teams, the transferable idea is a clear project chronology, traceable references, and explicit unanswered questions for professional review.

FROM EXPERIENCE TO YOUR OPERATION

See the handoff.
Keep the judgment.

A fictional survey request shows the kind of work we can help organize. Step through the record, the missing information, and the response a person would review.

ILLUSTRATIVE WALKTHROUGH · Invented names and job details. Prewritten examples, not live AI or a client result. Nothing is sent or saved.

01 / THE REQUEST

“Can you quote a boundary survey?”

Avery from Example Property Co. wants a survey for a potential acquisition. The inquiry includes an approximate site size and a desired date, but no property reference or intended use.

Known
Boundary survey requested; timing matters.
Missing
Property reference, intended use, and supporting documents.
Next step
Ask for the missing details before preparing a quote.

The walkthrough does not estimate a fee or promise an appointment.

EXPERIENCE, WITH THE CONTEXT INTACT

The work should
speak for itself.

Real projects. Clear relationships.

Our ventures give us a place to build and learn. Each example identifies the business and our relationship to it.

Public evidence. Private details stay private.

The screenshots above show public pages. Walkthroughs use invented records. Customer communications, financial records, and private operational screens are excluded.

Capability is a starting point. Results need measurement.

These examples show delivered work. We do not attach an unmeasured revenue increase, hours-saved figure, or guaranteed outcome to them.
